Conte Sports Performance Therapy is an expert in elite performance training for all sports including baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, MMA, golf, wrestling, track. CSPT also performs physical therapy and rehabilitation for athletic injuries to help get you back to your sport and elite performance. Our staff inlcudes physical therapist, athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialists. We take insurance including blue cross blue shield and united health care. We can help you achieve your fitness, performance, athletic, sports, personal, motivational, dietary, recovery goals. Treatments also include high powered therapeutic laser, class 4 laser, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, iASTM, instrument assisted soft tissue, kinesiotape, K-tape, hands on treatment, long term goal planning, throwing programs. Baseball mechanics, postural restoration, PRI, FMS, movement coaching are also areas of expertise. Staff includes Nick Conte, Stand Conte, Cam Zollinger, Luke Lemings, Ben Schwarz. CSPT is located in a large performance gym at the corner of union hills and cave creek in North Phoenix Arizona.
