Wills C. Geils, MD - Roper St. Francis Healthcare

Dr. Wills Geils is part of the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Cardiology team. Dr. Geils earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). He completed his internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before returning to MUSC for a cardiology fellowship. He is board certified in interventional cardiology. Medicine is a family affair for Dr. Geils. His father practiced hematology/oncology in Charleston for 30 years. His brother followed their father into the same specialty while he chose cardiology. Dr. Geils strives to provide high quality, compassionate care and focuses on clear communication. He considers it a privilege to be entrusted with the care of patients. During his time off, Dr. Geils enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, their golden retriever puppy and rescue dog. He stays active by jogging and playing tennis. As a hobby, he collects and repairs antique grandfather clocks. He’s accumulated so many that his wife makes him keep three of them at the office.
