We are a detailed oriented cattle operation. Our Beef is pasture raised grain-finished, then dry-aged for 14-21 days. We are 3rd Party verified as 100% antibiotic and hormone free. Unlike industrial operations, we know the history of each individual animal, and monitor the herd every day.
