Therapy is an opportunity for me to walk with clients through life challenges by helping them identify and meet their own desired life goals for change and personal growth while helping them to reclaim their own life story. By providing a safe place and personal support, I help clients explore the context of their own life experiences and the impact of those experiences on their life and relationships.
