Welcome to Trumbull Early Childhood Education Center

Trumbull Early Childhood Education Center (TECEC) is the first free-standing public special needs preschool program in Connecticut. Built on the firm foundation of an integrated education model, every classroom in TECEC educates children of all learning-capacities, emphasizing the importance of inclusion and understanding. TECEC believes no child is typical; that every child is unique; and all children have valuable contributions to the lives and educations of their classmates.
