From 2010 to 2020 Tim James attained and polished a plethora of skills in the automotive industry including but not limited to: leadership, accounting, logistics and exhibition of a business-oriented personality with internal and external communications. After a decade of working in the automotive industry, he would pivot and then shift to a different type of customer service industry, Residential Real Estate. After becoming licensed to sell residential Real Estate In 2021, amidst a pandemic, Tim founded TRIM Real Estate, LLC under the umbrella of Keller Williams Select Realtors in Annapolis, Maryland. Tim interviewed many brokerages and found that the KW culture was in sync with his morals, values and professional goals. So much that he is a committee member for two of the four Agent Leadership Councils (ALC), Growth and Productivity. The Keller Williams ALC is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more profitable and productive. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. As a knowledge-based and goal-oriented individual, Tim aims to help as many families as he possibly can accomplish their dreams of growth and homeownership. The objective is to serve the community and scale his efforts through professional camaraderie to continuously contribute and give back to our society. Tim grew up in Howard County and after 19 years moved to Anne Arundel County. Being a Maryland native, he is very connected and in tune with the local markets. In his off time, he enjoys reading books. Especially in relation to financial aptitude and self-improvement. Through learning and ambition, he assists with and takes interest in all facets of Real Estate: buying, selling, renting, property management, investment opportunities and in the future maybe even Commercial Real Estate. Outside of Real Estate he still has a strong passion for automobiles, playing most sports recreationally, cooking and being around a great individuals to shoot the breeze with. Family and friends are very important and one transaction at a time, Tim adds valuable people to his circle in hopes to help create cherished memories for all.
