At The Whisper Within, we believe that other people, and diagnoses, cannot define you. We believe that you have the answers you seek. And we believe in your body's innate ability to heal itself. Sometimes you just need a little nudge to find your whisper. The Whisper Within focuses on transformation through cultivation of awareness leading to conscious choice-making. This entails taking you off of auto-pilot... which in turn means becoming aware of your habitual responses so that we can change them; and becoming aware of emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations that are arising in order to use the intelligence they represent.
