J Andreassi , (his father), is a local developer, who has built a multitude of homes and commercial sites since the early 90\'s. JB is now a co-principal in the residential luxury development company called Andreassi Development- helping to secure financing as well as deriving design concepts that help relate to the modern day buyer.
