About Summit Overlook Park Summit Overlook, named for its position overlooking Ramsey Street, is a triangular-shaped park adjacent to the similarly shaped Nathan Hale Park. While its neighboring park contains a statue of an American hero, Summit Overlook is home to a statue of America's icon known as New York Eagle.
