Seascape Technologies manufactures a full spectrum of foundry wear parts made from the finest urethane in the business. Polyurethane is superior to rubber because of it's excellent abrasion resistance, cut and tear resistance, and load bearing capability. Our urethane is specifically formulated for each application and our process significantly improves abrasion resistance and wear. This results in consistently high quality molds with longer wear time for less production downtime. Our products have been rigorously tested and proven in foundries and labs around the country. Seascape Technologies wear parts are available in bright colors which make it easier to see when the liner is nearing the point of replacement. We also offer an Extreme Abrasion liner for applications where downtime or heavy use is an issue. Our wear parts are made better to last longer to reduce maintenance and improve operational efficiency. Seascape Technologies prides itself on customer satisfaction.
