Rocky Top Taekwondo is a member of the Choong-Sil Taekwondo Federation.We teach Traditional Taekwondo. Choong-Sil means the “School of Constant and Never Ending Improvement”. Through this philosophy we strive to teach our students the importance of goal setting through martial arts training. This process helps them succeed not only on the mat but also in life.
