Parks and Recreation Tennis Programs. The City Park Tennis Complex has 17 hard-surface courts, four of which are designated for the Quick Start program. We welcome all ages to come out and enjoy the game of tennis. Lessons During the spring and summer seasons, Pueblo Parks and Recreation tennis programs provide basic to advanced tennis lessons for all ages. Tournaments Our tennis complex is host to many tournaments every year, including the Colorado High School 4A Boys and Girls Regional and State Competitions.
