Over the Top is a local family-owned and operated ice cream business located just outside Des Moines in the town of Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Our national award-winning ice cream is manufactured in our shop daily, offering 36 fabulicious flavors made fresh each week. Come enjoy your favorite ice cream treat with family and friends while watching our manufacturing process through our large picture window. Over the Top offers indoor and outdoor seating along with drive thru service, and a private party room for birthday parties and other special celebrations. Enjoy a homemade waffle cone, a milkshake or sundae, or pick up one of our specialty ice cream cakes, pizzas or ice cream cookie sandwiches.
