Born and raised in the tri-county area, Nicci, a licensed REALTOR® based out of O'Fallon, Missouri and is a real estate industry veteran. Nicci obtained her broker license in 2005 as soon as she realized she had a passion for educating homeowners on the complex processes involved in buying and selling homes. Early in her real estate career, Nicci spent years working behind-the-scenes as an office administrator at Prudential Select Properties, now known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties. During this time, she was given the unique opportunity to become a technical expert in her field by helping to manage and facilitate hundreds of real estate transactions every year and since became a mentor and ambassador within the company. She later went on to study commercial property insurance and spent several years adjusting commercial property claims for one of the world's largest commercial property insurance companies, FM Global. In addition to her career in real estate, Nicci is the Co-Founder & Operator of Phobius: Estate of Fears Haunted Screampark formerly located in Truesdale, MO and Phobius FX Studios. Her expertise as a business owner offers her the ability to utilize her marketing, sales and negotiating skills when helping her clients buy and sell property. In all of her business dealings, she is well-known for her great customer service, strong attention to detail, professionalism, solid negotiating skills, and her continual drive to expand/perfect her knowledge-base and passion for ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
