About Us

New Hope for Eastern Oregon is a non-profit, based in Baker City, Oregon. Current programs include Powder Pals Program, in which inmates form Powder River Correctional Facility train rescued dogs, preparing them for adoption. New Hope's goal is to improve the lives of dogs through kindness, respect and education.
