Occupational Therapy - Mountain Meadow Therapy

We specialize in Occupational Therapy for the family and serve kids through adults. We offer hand and arm rehabilitation using massage, infrared heat, and gentle exercises to reduce inflammation and slowly restore mobility. We serve clients with Autism, ADD/ADHD, and Dementia using sensory integration, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, health coaching, and sensory diets. Our therapies help to build one's self- awareness and resources to heal and live successfully and happily.
