MOM (Middleton Outreach Ministry) is leading a community effort to prevent homelessness and end hunger for people throughout Middleton, West Madison and Cross Plains, Wisconsin. MOM operates a Food Pantry, a Clothing Center, and other Case Management services. MOM provides, through the help of volunteers, basic needs, such as food, clothing, housing assistance, emergency financial assistance, and special services for seniors.
