I provide individual and group therapy for adults focusing on women’s health issues. One of my main specialty areas is working with women who are experiencing depression or anxiety in the prenatal postpartum period. Pregnancy and the first year with a baby can be more stressful than many people realize and is a time of transition for women and their relationships. Providing continued support, coupled with learning how to balance this new role and managing stress can really help moms adjust to the changes and enjoy this time with their baby.
