Maria’s Little Italy is named after our owner Maria’s Nonnas’ (grandmothers). Maria’s Little Italy is a manifestation of four generations of family tradition. Throughout Maria’s entire life, food has always been the glue that held her family together. These recipes are an expression of the Italian way of life: simple and loving. It all started with Maria’s Great Grandfather Vito Straziota, an Italian bread maker. He taught his recipes to his daughter Maria who then passed them on to Momma Anna, Maria’s mother. Anna and Maria have worked side by side her entire life to create delicious meals for their entire family. Maria is honored to have the opportunity to share this wonderful food with everyone.
