Everyone needs a little support sometimes; whether you have been through a major traumatic event, struggled with a personal issue most of your life, or would like to receive a little extra help coping with day to day stress. I became a therapist to empower people so that they are better able to live a healthier life. Licensed by the state of Washington and nationally, I am a mental health clinician with a focus in art therapy.
