I grew up in Lake Country and have lived and worked there for most of my life. I understand what makes our area so special and why people are proud to call it home. In the summer my wife, Rachel, and I spend our free time boating on Okauchee lake, taking our dogs for walks around Fowler Lake, and enjoying everything great that Lake Country offers. My wife and I live in a side-by-side duplex that we own in Waukesha. It’s the 3rd rental property that we have owner occupied, otherwise known as “House Hacking.” Having rental income to contribute to our mortgage has allowed us to build our rental portfolio in a short amount of time and is why I am so passionate about helping others invest.
