HCH doing business as Historic Hosanna School Museum is a restored Freedmen's Bureau School founded near the end of the Civil War and built during the Reconstruction Period in 1867. Its mission today is to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of Harford County Maryland through the lens of the African American experience within national contexts.
