Falcon’s Fields, located in the Hudson Valley, is a 147-acre farm focused on breeding and raising the finest Angus, Hereford and Wagyu beef in New York State. Christian and Jamie Cheney own and actively manage the farm, continuing our family tradition of raising cattle in New England that dates back to 1914.
