Farzad Shokri-Tabibzadeh, MD | Catholic Health

Dr. Tabibzadeh is a board certified family physician. He has a Medical Diploma from Hadassah Medical School. After graduation he began practicing medicine in the Israeli Defense Army. At the end of his service, he moved to the United States to continue his education in the field of family practice at the University of Connecticut. Currently, he runs a private medical office in a diversified community on Long Island. He`s been affiliated with St. Francis Hospital since 1995. Dr. Tabibzadeh is a clinical instructor and former Site Director at Stony Brook Medical School.
