Bret Jacobs, DO - New York | One Medical

Bret enjoys partnering with patients to meet all of their health needs. He employs open dialogue to make sure patients feel involved while developing treatment plans that allow them to lead a healthy and active life. His interests include preventive health, the management of chronic disease, sports medicine, non-surgical orthopedic care, and running medicine. He has vast experience with professional, collegiate, high school, and amateur athletes in various sports, including working with the NY Islanders Hockey Club, serving as a medical consultant for the USTA at the US Open tennis tournament, and volunteering as a physician at many marathons. To stay healthy and happy, Bret enjoys fly fishing, fly tying, golf, and cooking. He earned his medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at Wellspan York Hospital and a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Cone Health in Greensboro, NC. He’s board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
