Every day, Denise Panza wakes up with the following goals: to operate with integrity, devote herself to her family, friends, and clients, and operate with equality for all in need of her services. Denise is honored to hold the title of “mom” to her amazing children and Senior Mortgage Banker at Total Mortgage. To add to that, she’s been referred to others across the country, is licensed in numerous states, and is honored to be working in her field for over 27 years!  She delights in her son’s incredible work as a designer, part-time model, and full-time skateboarder and her daughter’s outstanding talents and compassion for others. She’ll be starting college in Florida in the fall to study psychology. Denise is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she majored in education and now utilizes her teaching skills to inform homebuyers about the financing process!
