David M. Siebert, MD | UW Medicine

David M. Siebert, MD is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine and is board certified in sports medicine and family medicine. He is the associate director of the University of Washington Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship and a team physician for the University of Washington Huskies and Seattle Seahawks. He has also volunteered as a team physician for Seattle area high school football since 2013 and served as the team physician for Husky Club Hockey from 2014-16.
