The Dave Ullin Open Water Marina is a 16-vessel offshore, full-time liveaboard marina on buoys in Eagle Harbor. Annual leases begin January 1 of each year on a first come, first served basis. Applications for the waiting list are accepted through out the year for a fee of $15. Vessel must be under 60' in length.
