What to do before your appointment!! Window Cleaning, have all blinds up and curtains pulled away from the window, Technicians will not touch blinds for any reason, also we will not clean windows with a broken seal, it is our reputation we put on the line with ever window we wash, Also If screens are wedged in frame, we will not remove them as they can bend and break. Carpet Cleaning, have all personal items picked up, Technicians will not move heavy furniture or pick up laundry, shoes, and so on. Air Duct Cleaning, Please have all vents visible, with at least 2 feet away from furniture (if Possible) Tile/Grout cleaning, All Furniture must be off flooring and be swept prior to Technicians arrival. Soft House Washing, All water spickets must be turned on, Technicians will not move outside furnishing or anything next to house, items must be moved away from house prior to appointment. Also make sure all windows and doors are sealed shut, we will not be liable for water coming in your house due to a window left cracked open. We pride ourselves on perfection in our work, but as a small company, we also cannot be liable for items breaking due too age and wear and tear, so we as a company are taking a proactive approach to keeping our cost down and your items safe and sound.
