Welcome! The Greater Tompkins County Municipal Health Insurance Consortium is an entity created by the Tompkins County Council of Governments (TCCOG). The goal of the Consortium is to provide affordable health insurance to its employees and eligible retirees, prescription drug coverage, and, when applicable, ancillary benefits to its members without diminishing benefits.
