Roof restoration is a process to extend the life of a flat, low pitch or metal roofing system. These systems are renewable and can extend the life of most roofs indefinitely. You might even call these "forever roofs". The use of elastomeric coating alone, sometimes with either spray polyurethane foam when insulation is needed, or the use of a fiberglass mesh system to add strength and flexibility. And restoration can be much more cost efficient than replacement. These systems are "Energy Star" rated as cool roofs and can even pay themselves over the warranty period of the roofing system. These systems are very application dependent requiring special skills to apply which is why you should have skilled professionals install them.
