Chris White's Extreme Krav Maga is a style of Israeli self-defense tactics for extreme counter attacks and has become very popular among teens and adults for learning how to defend them selves against attackers. We offer this style of martial arts as well as kick boxing and boxing classes for teens and adults. We also offer Tae Kwon Do classes for children ages 5-12. We are located in White House, TN. We offer some of the best training around!!! Our goal is to provide not only outstanding experiences but opportunities for growth, skill development, and confidence-building.
