Chelsea Farms is well-known throughout the West Coast for their tide tumbled Pacific oyster, the “Chelsea Gem.” The Lentz’s have always practiced organic sustainable farming with an environmental obligation to the South Sound and Pacific Northwest as a whole. Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar is located at the 222 Market in downtown Olympia, a space to sell and celebrate the local bounty of the tides.
