Cedar Ridge Children's Home

More Than Just Another Residential Facility for At-Risk Youth. Located on a beautiful, rural campus near Williamsport, Maryland, Cedar Ridge Children's Home cares for at-risk boys, primarily between the ages of 12 and 17. Referred to us through the various juvenile and social service agencies across Maryland, our boys have experienced a wide variety of negative circumstances. Left to themselves, these boys are at-risk of sinking deeper into the mental health or juvenile justice systems. For over 50 years, Cedar Ridge Children's Home has worked to help boys move past their problems to reach their full potential as productive members of society. Using a holistic approach that encompasses mind, spirit and body, we provide a wide range of services including individual and group therapy, specialized education services, psychiatric services, and full medical care. In addition, our boys enjoy many extra-curricular activities such as art, music and athletics, an extensive summer recreation program and many other recreational activities.
