Primary Care Services are available, including Treatment of Acute and Chronic Disease, COPD, Emphysema, Asthma Sore Throats, Ear Pain, Influenza, Cough, UTI’s, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Spirometry, Nebulizer Treatment, Steroid Injection for Pain Relief, On-site Phlebotomy -- A1C and INR Done Right in Office, DOT (Commercial Drivers Exam) and Sports Physicals, Immunizations, Botox, and Dermal Fillers. Sleep and Wellness services are also offered with Evaluation and Treatment for Insomnia, Diagnosis and Management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Patients, Narcolepsy Evaluation and Treatment, Restless Leg Syndrome, Circadian Rhythm Disorder/ Delayed Sleep Phase, Evaluation of Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, Shift Work Disorder, and REM Sleep Disorder.
