Dan Flayler, Cal Pools' CEO, has been in the pool and spa industry for over 30 years. He was born and raised in Northern California. After extensive experience working in, and owning, businesses in pool construction, repair, maintenance and supplies in California and Hawaii - arguably the most intense pool markets in the US - he relocated to Stevensville, Maryland in 1999 and started Cal Pools.
