Birds Fly South Ale Project was born out of a passion project by husband/wife duo Shawn & Lindsay Johnson in 2016, and has grown to become a renowned craft beer force in the southeast. Gaining notoriety with our Brettanomyces focused saisons, hoppy farmhouse beers & sours, we’ve since grown a larger “flock” through our delicious lagers, IPAs, and barrel aging program.
