Dr. Thomas received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency and Chief residency at Yale University School of Medicine and her fellowship at Columbia University. Dr. Thomas has been practicing in the field of Endocrinology for over 20 years. Her interests are in Hyperlipidemia/Preventive Cardiology; Nutrition; Thyroid Disorders; Pituitary Disorders; Obesity; Bone Health. Dr. Thomas is an experienced researcher, educator and clinician. She is the Division Chief of Endocrinology and Vice-Chair for the Department of Medicine.
