Andrew Limmiatis grew up in the small suburb of Lilburn, Georgia outside Atlanta. At the age of fourteen Andrew’s family vacationed in Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding area. It was then he knew he belonged near the majestic rivers of the west while enjoying views of the Rocky Mountains. This idea remained a fantasy while growing up in the most sprawling city of the south. After earning a degree in Environmental Horticulture and working in the industry for several years, he decided to follow his dreams of moving out west and becoming a fly fishing guide. Andrew has lived in Estes Park, Colorado since 2011, and was able to make that wild west dream come true by becoming one of the most highly rated fly fishing guides of the area. He has always been passionate about sharing the art of fly fishing with others and hopes to inspire those of all ages to pick up a rod. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and fly fishing with his wife Barbara Jo and son Ian. Andrew is honored to call the Rocky Mountains home and loves sharing his intimate knowledge of the Estes Valley with those who wish to make their dreams come true. In 2021 Andrew started a new chapter of his life by utilizing his hard work ethics, desire to help others and love for this very special place into a long term career while expanding upon his strong community relationships. In February 2021 Andrew received his real estate broker license and continues to actively pursue his education on the local real estate market. He received 2021 Rookie of the Year from the Estes Valley Board of Realtors. Member of National Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors.
